Ok I been in BK all the time and it’s the same thing over I wanted two of the crispy chicken meals for 5.99 and got the 11.99 meals and wanted them Large but I got small. The women act like they didn’t understand me so my husband said don’t argue just take it I wasn’t pleased because I worked under fast food since 1998 and always make sure they’re happy notto send alot of money I do understand but give them what they order.

Most the time the ID Transaction codes do not work properly or the “Get your Whopper” line is printed over the final number and it is a guessing game as to what it really is. Also for the past 5 times i have come to Burger King i had to ask for my receipt or it was not given. Most recent one was in Norwalk Ohio near the Taco Bell, a manager with a blue uniform on did not give me a Receipt and i need these.
And when i do ask for them, most employees act as if it was a crime that i committed and get angry after to running back to give it to me. I used to work at Burger King, so i understand that “Drive Thru Times” are king and every second counts, So i understand the frustration here. But how come they have stopped giving them out properly? doesn’t this lower the chances customers come and do these Surveys? and get that free whopper code? wouldn’t that give you more business since that customer could by chance use that code and buy more as well?
Bellevue Ohio and the Burger King near Taco Bell in Norwalk ohio seem to be the ones not giving them out properly.
